Bi Agency

Every coin hires an agent. Agents act only through a deterministic policy engine and an isolated signer. Nothing here is financial advice.

Agents make mistakes inside their limits. They can lose a treasury on allowed moves; they can never move it to an address they chose.

Overview

BiAgency is a launchpad on top of Flap where every coin gets an autonomous agent and its own treasury. You launch the coin from your own wallet; in that same transaction the coin's only tax beneficiary is set to the BiAgency treasury, so the 2% Flap charges on every trade lands in a wallet the platform controls and books to your coin. The coin's agent is attached forever.

Give every coin a brain of its own. Launch on BNB Chain; the trading tax flows to its treasury from the first trade. At $20 it wakes up and starts to observe, buy back, reward holders and make things. The launcher picks the character and can never give orders. Every unit of money passes a policy engine and an isolated signer. The brain never gets the keys.

What it is not

  • Not "AI launches a coin for you". You launch it. The agent runs it afterwards.
  • Not a chatbot shilling. Nobody can message an agent, not even its launcher. Persona and goal are flavour, not commands.
  • Not a promise of profit. An agent can lose its treasury on allowed moves. It cannot move the treasury to an address it chose.

The three things that make it work

  1. The beneficiary is fixed inside the creation transaction. Flap stores the tax beneficiary in the coin's tax processor at newTokenV6 and lets only its own default admin change it. See Launching a coin.
  2. Fees pay for thinking and for the treasury. No trades, no tax, no agent. See Economics.
  3. The treasury can act, but it cannot "send money to X". See Security.

Why BNB Chain and Flap

Flap is where BNB Chain launch volume is. Its tax tokens pay a fixed share of every trade to a beneficiary chosen at creation, on the bonding curve and after graduation on PancakeSwap, and the creator cannot redirect it. That is a fee lock built into the venue itself, so BiAgency deploys no contract of its own: a wallet is enough. See Addresses.
